By purchasing hair extensions from our store, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. These policies are in place to protect product quality, hygiene standards, and customer satisfaction.

Return & Refund Policy

1. 30‑Day Return Window

          · Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

2. Unopened Products Only

         · For health and hygiene reasons, all hair extensions must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a return or refund. Products that have been opened, handled, worn, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

3. Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

          · Unopened

          · In original packaging

          · Free of damage, odors, and tampering

          · Accompanied by proof of purchase

Color Variation Disclaimer

Due to natural variations in lighting, screen brightness, device display settings, and photography conditions:

        · Hair extension colors may appear slightly different in person.

        · These normal variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or          exchanges under the standard return policy.

Product Handling & Care

       · Hair extensions should always be brushed gently and properly maintained.

       · We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, coloring, heat styling,                                for chemical treatments performed by the customer or a stylist.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order will fall under the standard return policy criteria.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used hair extensions
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Custom‑colored or custom‑length products
• Any items not in original packaging
